CANCELLATION POLICY L + A has a 24 hour cancellation policy if you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel/ reschedule after the 24 hours you will owe 50% of your scheduled appointment. No shows will owe 100% of the scheduled service. After canceling / no showing two appointments a card must be left on file. LATE POLICY Please contact L + A if you are going to be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment.
